The cover is normally closed.
The control stand is used when the train is manually operated.

The Yurikamome runs by electricity.
The 600V electric current is sent to the Yurikamome.

③Guide Rails

③Guide Rails

The guide rails enable a run on the track.
They are installed on both sides of the track.

④Station ATO Transmitter

④Station ATO Transmitter

A transmitter is installed near the station and informs the train of the distance to the station. Another is located on the platform to tell the station that the train has stopped in the right position, give a signal to open and close the train doors.

The inside cables transmit information. Information is sent between carriages, stations and the central command office.

This is the track the Yurikamome drives on.
It is made of concrete.

The rubber tire has a metal wheel inside in order for the train to keep running in the case of a puncture.
Each tire weighs 130kg to hold the heavy carriage.

Inspection staff walk on this passage.

This is the brain of Yurikamome.
It acts as a driver to run and stop the Yurikamome.

This device supervises the maximum speed set in each of specified sections.
It send speed info and other signals to the onboard ATO device.
